    As a buyer, what property disclosure can I except to receive?

    The seller has to disclose any defects and issues with the property. For example, there many be structural problems with the house (like cracked walls). Or there may be issues with plumbing. As a buyer, you should know about all the major problems and issues that come with the property. The seller cannot cover up problems and later hold you responsible for paying for them.
