The judge in Small Claims Court is called "Your Honour." Everyone stands when the judge enters or leaves the courtroom. You must stand whenever you are speaking to the judge or the judge is speaking to you. You will also stand while questioning your witnesses.

    * When you make a point, always ask yourself, "How is this relevant to what I am claiming?"

When you register with My Legal Briefcase, you get a free booklet, "How to Win in Court," with more expert advice on how to prepare for your trial date, and how to make the best impression in front of the judge.
