My landlord entered my apartment without notifying me. Can a landlord do it?
Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$post_date in /var/www/webapp/ui/mlb_faq.php on line 96

Generally, a landlord, who wants to enter an apartment to inspect for maintenance problems or make repairs, must give the occupier a written notice at least 24 hours before entering. The notice must state why the landlord wants to enter the apartment, when the landlord wants to do it, and at what time (between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.).
