If you are suing someone in the Small Claims Court, you must attend your own case and cannot send any other representative in your place. The trial usually takes place between 3-10 weeks after the filing. However exceptions are in place if you are actively serving in the armed forces, were assigned to your duty station after your claim arose, and your service duty term exceeds 6 months.
