What happens if the person that I am suing fails to appear for the case?
Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$post_date in /var/www/webapp/ui/mlb_faq.php on line 96

If the person being sued fails to show up in court, you are still required to present your case. If the defendant can provide a good reason for missing the case, they may be able to get any judgment cancelled and a new trial date set.
