    I am planning to start a business in Ontario, but have not started doing business there. Can I still incorporate?

    In Ontario you cannot register a business that has a commencement date in the future, or a post-dated commencement date. If the corporation will commence business in the future, you will need to register with Ontario within 60 days of the day that business commences.
