The global economic crisis was a wakeup call to law firms all over the world; we need to rethink and rebuild the way we deliver legal services to our clients. The old ways that served us well for decades have come to the end of their life cycle. In addition, technological change is driving new opportunities while a new generation of clients are demanding more for less, and are increasingly less tolerant of “business as usual.” Join the discussion in this session as we create a law firm that provides better, faster and more affordable legal services so that access to justice is not just a “pipe dream.”
